I just realized something. The phrase "well-educated" and others like it is one hell of an obfuscation. People should use "well-credentialled" instead.

"'Free speech' is not a concrete universalist principle, but a somewhat vague, context-dependent slogan that conveys a broad feeling of tolerance and openness."

To give an idea, laws against false advertising, child pornography and parental controls on computers are forms of censorship, yet no argues against violating the "free speech" rights of pedos and crooked advertisers.
